I am absolutely delighted that you have chosen Ilanga Ntaba Guest Lodge for your visit to the beautiful Hibiscus Coast and I wish you a wonderful and memorable stay at the Lodge in it’s beautiful surroundings. I do hope that you thoroughly enjoy your stay here and will have fond memories for years to come.
If you have any special requests to make your visit even more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to ask me and I will do everything possible to accommodate you. Nothing is too much trouble at Ilanga Ntaba so please do not be shy about asking. Your comfort and happiness is of the utmost priority and top of my agenda at all times.
I would like just to mention a few important points that will be of interest to you:
BREAKFAST
Is served al fresco, on the veranda, between 8.00 am and 9.30 am. Umbrellas are provided in the balcony rooms to prevent a soaking on route to the veranda in wet weather. I would be pleased if you would leave these in the rooms and not take them off the property with you.
SMOKING
All areas of the Lodge are non-smoking. However, for guests staying in the balcony rooms ashtrays are provided for smoking on the balconies. Smoking is allowed in the bar area by mutual consent.
SANITATION
PLEASE note that Ilanga Ntaba is on a septic tank, so I would be extremely grateful if you would help me out by not throwing any foreign objects into the toilets as this can cause absolute havoc which is to be avoided at all costs in order for everyone to have a wonderful stay here. Bins are provided in the bathrooms and I would appreciate your using them if necessary.
GATE
The main gate operates on a remote on your key ring. The gate is not a self-closing so kindly remember to close the gate behind you.
PARKING
There is ample secure parking in the driveway and you are requested to consider other guests and ensure that everyone has free access to the gate at all times. It is perfectly in order to park in front of the garage door nearest the main gate.
SAFES
Safes are provided in all rooms so please lock up all your valuables. Ilanga Ntaba does not take responsibility for items lost.
POOL
You are invited to take a dip in the pool to cool off or to collapse on the sun loungers to soak up the sunshine. Please use a beach towel on the loungers to make it more pleasant for future sun worshippers.
CHILDREN
Children are very welcome at Ilanga Ntaba but please make sure they are accompanied by an adult when playing in the garden. The pool is un-fenced and there are some steep terraces in the garden and I would hate to see an accident happen that could have been prevented.
LAUNDRY
There is a laundry service for guest but I would ask you to please discuss your laundry requirements in advance so it can be planned on a suitable day. It is a 48 hour service. Please laundry list for prices.
HAIRDRYERS
Hairdryers are available in one of the drawers in your room.
DEPARTURE
You are requested to vacate your room by 10.00 am on day of departure.
It only remains for me to again wish you a wonderful stay at the Lodge and to hope you enjoy yourselves immensely
